First, sign in and verify your employment for the company. If the company has not already been claimed, you can submit a claim request from the company page. Travaix reviews claims manually before granting company owner access.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Companies can cancel their subscription at any time from their company billing settings. Access to paid company features remains active until the end of the current billing period.
Can reviews be removed?
Reviews are not removed because a company dislikes them. Reviews may be removed only through moderation, legal, safety, or policy review when they violate Travaix rules or applicable law.
Can companies edit employee reviews?
No. Companies cannot edit employee reviews, ratings, or anonymous workplace feedback.
How is company verification performed?
Company claiming currently depends on a verified employment relationship. A user must verify employment for that company and then submit a claim request for manual administrator review.
