Employer Policy
How Travaix treats company pages, employer requests, review moderation, and not-yet-supported employer features.
Last updated:
Company pages
Travaix stores one company record per company and attaches country locations to that company. Company pages may show metadata such as website, logo, industry, headquarters, founding year, size, and description where available.
Company metadata may be enriched from public brand metadata services and reviewed by administrators.
Reviews are not employer-controlled
Employers cannot delete reviews because they disagree with them. Reviews can be removed from public view only through moderation or legal review when they violate policy or law.
Employer replies to reviews are not currently implemented.
A dedicated company-reporting portal is not currently implemented. Signed-in users, including company representatives using normal user accounts, can report reviews through the standard review reporting flow.
Company claiming
A company request or company presence in Travaix does not mean a company has claimed the page.
Paid employer ownership, monthly or yearly company-page plans, employer dashboards, and company-claim workflows are not currently implemented in the product.
Company requests
Signed-in users can request that a missing company be added. Administrators can approve or deny the request. Requests are marked and retained rather than deleted.
Approving a company request creates a company record and may queue metadata enrichment. It does not grant ownership or control of the company page to the requester.
Company follows
Users can follow companies. This currently stores the user-company follow relationship and displays followed companies in the user account.
Notifications, company update feeds, and employer broadcast tools are not currently implemented.
