Using Travaix safely
How is my identity secured?+
Published reviews have no account ownership or public author profile. Travaix records user-company participation to prevent duplicate reviews. Review text, timing and workplace context can still allow inference, so avoid identifying details. Read the Privacy Policy for the data we store.
Can I know who posted a review?+
No. Travaix does not reveal the identity of a reviewer to readers or companies. The purpose of a review is to share a workplace experience, not expose the person behind it.
Can I edit a review?+
No. Authors cannot edit or delete published reviews because the review record has no account ownership. Check your title and content carefully before submitting. Moderators can hide reviews that violate policy or law.
Does Travaix verify every review?+
No. You can submit an Unverified review or verify your current employment using a work-email code. Eligible future reviews receive a Verified Employee badge. The badge verifies an employment relationship, not every statement in a review, and later verification does not change existing reviews.
Can a company remove a review?+
Paying for or claiming a company page does not give a company control over employee feedback. Reviews may only be removed when they violate platform rules or applicable law.
How is harmful or misleading content handled?+
Signed-in members can report reviews for administrators to assess. Reviews that violate policy or law can be hidden through moderation. Paying for a company plan does not control moderation decisions.

Community support helps fund independent infrastructure, product development, moderation, and responsible growth without relying on surveillance advertising.
Is donating required?+
No. Travaix is intended to remain useful and accessible whether or not you contribute.
Are donations anonymous?+
Travaix will collect only the information required by the chosen payment provider and applicable law. Cryptocurrency transactions are publicly visible on their networks and are not inherently anonymous.
Where does the money go?+
Donations help maintain the site, including its infrastructure, development, moderation, and essential operating costs.
Can I get a refund?+
No. Donations to Travaix are final and non-refundable. Cryptocurrency transfers are also irreversible, so wallet and network details must always be checked carefully.
