Using Travaix safely
How is my identity secured?+
Travaix is designed to minimize the personal information attached to a review. Public submissions use a generic contributor label rather than your name. You should still avoid including identifying details in review text, and production security and retention practices will be documented as the platform develops.
Can I know who posted a review?+
No. Travaix does not reveal the identity of a reviewer to readers or companies. The purpose of a review is to share a workplace experience, not expose the person behind it.
Can I edit a review?+
Not currently. The present version does not include self-service review editing. Account-based editing and a privacy-safe review recovery process can be added in a future release.
Does Travaix verify every review?+
No. Reviews are currently published as unverified contributor feedback. Travaix does not currently implement work-email verification or Verified Employee reviews.
Can a company remove a review?+
Paying for or claiming a company page does not give a company control over employee feedback. Reviews may only be removed when they violate platform rules or applicable law.
How will harmful or misleading content be handled?+
Travaix is building moderation and reporting processes for abusive, identifying, fraudulent, or otherwise harmful content. Those processes will be published before the platform moves beyond development status.

Community support helps fund independent infrastructure, product development, moderation, and responsible growth without relying on surveillance advertising.
Is donating required?+
No. Travaix is intended to remain useful and accessible whether or not you contribute.
Are donations anonymous?+
Travaix will collect only the information required by the chosen payment provider and applicable law. Cryptocurrency transactions are publicly visible on their networks and are not inherently anonymous.
Where does the money go?+
Donations help maintain the site, including its infrastructure, development, moderation, and essential operating costs.
Can I get a refund?+
No. Donations to Travaix are final and non-refundable. Cryptocurrency transfers are also irreversible, so wallet and network details must always be checked carefully.
