Legal Requests
How Travaix handles legal requests while preserving anonymous review architecture.

Overview
Travaix has an internal admin workflow for tracking legal, safety, and compliance requests. A public legal request portal is not currently implemented.
Legal requests should be sent to legal@travaix.com until a dedicated intake workflow exists.
What Travaix can review
- Account records connected to a specific authenticated user.
- Company request records.
- Report records, including reporter metadata.
- Published review content and moderation status.
- Company metadata and enrichment history where available.
Privacy limits
Travaix reviews do not store review ownership. Travaix cannot look up a user account and identify which specific published review that account wrote.
Travaix can determine whether a user has reviewed a company through a user-company participation record. That participation record does not store when the review was submitted.
How requests are handled
Administrators can manually track requesting party, company, request type, description, status, received date, and resolution notes.
Travaix may reject, narrow, or require clarification for requests that are overbroad, unsupported, or inconsistent with the privacy architecture.
