Community Guidelines

The standards for useful, safe, and privacy-preserving participation on Travaix.

Last updated:

This page is written in plain English to reflect the current Travaix implementation. It should be reviewed by a qualified privacy or legal professional before launch.

Purpose

Travaix exists to help people understand workplaces without turning workplace feedback into a social feed or a personal attack surface.

Write as if your review will help a future employee make a careful decision.

What helps the community

  • Specific, first-hand workplace observations.
  • Balanced feedback about culture, management, day-to-day work, compensation, benefits, and processes.
  • Constructive advice to leadership or future employees.
  • Country-specific context when it changes the workplace experience.

What is not allowed

  • Harassment, threats, slurs, or targeted abuse.
  • Personal information, doxxing, or attempts to identify reviewers.
  • Spam, advertising, recruiting pitches, or irrelevant content.
  • Illegal content or instructions for illegal activity.
  • Knowingly false or misleading claims.
  • Content that tries to bypass Travaix moderation or privacy protections.

Reporting problems

Signed-in users can report reviews for spam, harassment, personal information, doxxing, false or misleading information, illegal content, or other concerns.

Reports identify the reporter to Travaix moderators. Reports do not identify the author of a review.
